I mostly like Kona for Happy Hour. They have a really good HH menu as well as fair prices. I've been coming to this Kona for a few years now & I will say it's a bit hit or miss now. The first thing I really started coming to Kona for was the frozen Margarita flights. They were my favorite. Over this past summer alone I was only able to order it once because the machine was always down or whatever reason. But for anyone else looking to try it, it's good & so many good flavors to pick. I love the BBQ chicken flat bread, spicy edamame (My fav) and the avocado egg-rolls. The food is usually consistent when we go. The staff are usually nice and attentive. The restaurant is also usually always clean. I really like the all season patio area. They used to do all day HH on Sundays. I miss that.

I never have a bad time when I go to this location. My daughter loves getting a kids meal from here. The prices are a little on the higher side but that is to be expected when you look at how nice this establishment is. The staff has always been very attentive and friendly. The food is also good. I usually get a burger and it hits the spot every time. We will definitely be back again soon

Gotta go for restaurant week or happy hour!! I love the three course options it's in my opinion one of the best deals the apple harvest salad is a fav with generous amounts of blue cheese, bacon, apple and tomatoes, the prime rib is so huge definitely can have half for a nice steak and eggs breakfast the next day and the frozen margarita flight is fun and colorful. The service was quick and the place had a nice vibe for the after work crowd.

Dinner, Open Late [Minnetonka MN] Kona Grill was one of the restaurants near our hotel that stayed open until midnight. We were happy about that because our flight didn't get in until almost 8:00p that Sunday evening. Jenna was our server and she was amazing. One of us in our party of 4 was allergic to shellfish and Jenna was mindful of this. My co-worker was in good hands because of Jenna's attentiveness. We ordered the following appetizers at Happy Hour prices (after 9:00p): Ribeye Meatballs (2 orders) Edamame Chicken & Shrimp Lettuce Wraps Potstickers Entrées: Miso-Saké Chilean Sea Bass Fish & Chips Sweet-Chili Glazed Salmon Kona Stir-Fry That Ribeye Meatballs sure was delicious! My glazed salmon was cooked to perfection. It came with fried rice. No room for dessert but we will be sure to visit the next time my work brings me back to MN for another work travel ! Every time I hit up the barber shop in the Ridgedale Mall this place is always giving off good vibes.The music is bumping and people just look like they are having fun sitting on the patio. The smells this one day was just too much!The overwhelming aroma of something being grilled...Tuna,Salmon or a nice juicy ribeye? It was restaurant week so we checked it out.On the menu was surf and turf,sushi...yes they have sushi and are known for it.I decided to go with the Picasso Roll for a starter,Glazed Salmon and fried rice for an appetizer and New York style cheese cake for desert.The salmon was cooked to perfection.Moist,tender and mouth watering.The fried rice was good! Our server was not as attentive.However she was nice and got the job done! We will be back to try some of the other dishes on the menu.
